Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

FEI is committed to making feiny.com accessible to as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technologies or have specific perceptual, motor, or cognitive needs. We approach accessibility the same way we approach the rest of our work — with attention to detail and an honest accounting of what's done, what's in progress, and where help is welcome.

Standard we work toward

This site is designed and developed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard that the United States Department of Justice has indicated as the expected benchmark for websites under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and that is referenced in equivalent regulations in many other jurisdictions.

What we've done

The following accessibility features are implemented across feiny.com:

Email us at [email protected] with subject line "Accessibility" and we will respond, typically within five business days.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to a reported accessibility issue and you are in the United States, you have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Information on filing such a complaint is available at ada.gov/file-a-complaint.

Outside the United States, regional disability-rights enforcement varies. We are happy to help you find the appropriate regulatory contact for your jurisdiction.
